To my clients, I am more than “just a photographer”, I am their friend and someone they trust when they need help. I've been told I go above and beyond my job as a photographer (as quoted from my past bride, Maddy)!
On Saturday, I met up with Jaime and Michael for their sun-filled winter engagement session at the Tiny Marsh Conservation Area in Tiny Township! We were blessed with beautiful weather and mild temperatures which helped make this session a breeze!
Jaime and I had been communicating back and forth for the past few months as well as following each other on social media. We had to postpone their engagement session a few times due to the weather. On Saturday, we FINALLY lucked out with this session! What’s the saying? Third time’s the charm? The weather finally cooperated and I got to capture their sun-filled winter engagement session! Jaime was especially happy because she really wanted sunset. Obviously I can never guarantee if the sun will make an appearance or not (especially in the winter), but I am so happy it stayed out during this session!
When Jaime and Michael arrived at the Tiny Marsh, we instantly felt comfortable with one another. As I started directing them on what to do, I could tell they were a little bit nervous at first. I mean, I think anyone who hasn’t had professional photos taken before is a little bit nervous! It’s my goal to make this experience as comfortable as possible for my couples. By the end of the session, they were pros!
I walked away from this engagement session feeling like I have known Jaime and Michael for years and I cannot wait to capture their wedding in May 2021! They are the sweetest couple and their love is so evident in these photos. Their family is also growing by two feet in August and I am so excited for them! Jaime did an amazing job of hiding it for the photos!
Jaime and Michael, you two are a dream to work with and I hope you love your sneak peek just as much as I do!!
